If you run a fundraiser

Someone may have created a coin for your GoFundMe. This page explains what that means for you, which is less than it sounds.

You do not have to do anything

There is nothing to sign up for and no wallet involved. What reaches your fundraiser is an ordinary card donation through GoFundMe, in dollars, from a donor named something like “$MARIA holders”. That name is how you can tell it came from here.

We do not speak for you

Your fundraiser’s title and its public totals are shown here so people know what the coin pays. Nothing is posted in your name, and nobody here can change or withdraw anything on your page.

If you would rather not receive these

Tell us and we stop. No further donation is sent to your page. Anything collected after that is held; it is not kept, spent, or sent to anyone else.

The coin itself is on a public blockchain and is not ours to remove. The donations are the only part that reaches you, and those we can stop.
