Terms
GoodFees is a tool that launches coins on pump.fun and passes their creator fees on to GoFundMe fundraisers. Using it means accepting the following.
What the site does
A coin launched here is created on pump.fun by your own wallet. Its creator fees are locked on-chain to this site’s fee wallet. Every sweep, the fees collected are sold for dollars; 90% is donated to the coin’s fundraiser through GoFundMe’s ordinary donation form, under the name “$TICKER holders”, and 10% buys $GOOD on the open market and burns it. Every donation is published as a numbered receipt.
What it does not do
- It does not hold your funds, keys or tokens, and it never asks you to sign anything but the launch and the fee lock.
- It does not promise any donation amount, timing, price or outcome. Fees depend on trading, conversions depend on the market, and GoFundMe may pause, close or refuse a fundraiser at any time.
- It does not give tax receipts. Donations are made in the coin holders’ collective name, not yours.
- It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for GoFundMe, pump.fun, or any fundraiser or organiser.
Your responsibilities
- Only launch a coin for a fundraiser you have the right to name. Anything defamatory, deceptive or unlawful is removed.
- Coins are speculative. Nothing here is investment advice, and you can lose everything you put into one.
- Fundraiser organisers may ask for a coin to stop paying their page at any time; see for organisers.
Liability
The site is provided as it is, without warranty. To the fullest extent the law allows, GoodFees is not liable for any loss arising from its use, from the conduct of third parties, from chain, market or provider failures, or from a fundraiser’s own actions. Where money is stuck by a failure on the site’s side, it is either sent on once the failure is resolved or kept on the coin’s public record; it is never taken as a fee.
